Reminder about our cancellation policy: if you are requesting to cancel, we do have a 7-day cancellation notice. If your request falls within 7 days of your upcoming payment, we will cancel your membership on your next bill cycle. Please note that we do not prorate payments; so you will have the option to keep your membership active until that next bill cycle.

*If you are on an annual commitment,  you will be responsible for 50% of the balance of the remaining months based on your annual date.*

Please know that you do also have an option to downgrade to a different recurring membership.
